To be considered as an athlete for this program:
-create and account through our website with your contact information
-register via tryout link specifically for men's or women's team
-become an adult member of the Lakeshore Region and Select Lakeshore PVL as club
-be available to compete in 2 qualifying matches/tournaments TBD 
-be available to compete in PVL tournament
-sign athlete agreement with Lakeshore Region


*Athlete evaluations will be done by Lakeshore staff and PVL coaching staff at select tournaments and individual circumstances.
