Samantha Jay (National Referee Certification)
Samantha Jay recently earned her USA Volleyball National Referee certification in Salt Lake City, Utah, in April 2025. She is also a USAV National Scorer, along with being certified with AAU, PAVO, and MHSAA. She officiates high school and collegiate matches, including the 2024 MHSAA D4 state final, and earned recognition such as the Bronze Whistle Award winner for being top in her Junior National class in 2023. In addition to officiating, Samantha works full time as the Director of Sales at the St. Clair Inn. She resides in Port Huron, Michigan, with her husband, Dalton, and their french bulldogs, Maple and Poppy. Samantha enjoys going to the gym, golfing, traveling, and boating.
